Cocktails with Copper Cat Brandy
Brandy Manhattan
A variation on the classic Manhattan cocktail, made with brandy instead of whiskey, and using equal parts brandy and sweet vermouth
The Recipe:
- 1oz Copper Cat Cabernet Barrel Finished Brandy (limited bottling) 
- 1oz sweet vermouth 
- One dash each of aromatic and orange bitters 
Serve over ice with orange garnish
The Hearse
This is a variation of the classic “Side Car” that we created for Halloween.
The Recipe:
- 2oz Copper Cat Cabernet Barrel Finished Brandy 
- 1 1/2oz Copper Cat Orange Liqueur 
- 1oz lemon juice 
Serve with bourbon-soaked cherry
Dracula
- 2 oz Copper Cat Cabernet Barrel Finished Brandy 
- ¼ oz lime juice 
- ¾ oz lemon juice 
- ½ oz simple syrup 
- ½ oz grenadine 
- Shaken and served with a brandied cherry 
French Irish Coffee
The Recipe:
- 1 ½ OZ. Copper Cat Cabernet Barrel Finished Brandy 
- Fill cup with hot black coffee (Jess’ home-roasted beans) 
- Top with whipped cream 
Serve with a piece of chocolate
Sparkling January
- 1 oz Copper Cat Cabernet Barrel Finished Brandy 
- 1 sugar cube 
- 3 dashes aromatic bitters 
- 3 ½ oz prosecco 
Apple of My Eye
- 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Cabernet Barrel Finished Brandy 
- 1 oz sous-vide ginger cinnamon simple syrup 
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice 
- ½ oz sherry 
- 4 dashes aromatic bitters
