Copper cat Batch No.2 Gin
We make our flagship gin with twelve different botanicals. The key is three different peppercorns—black pepper, Sichuan pepper, and Grains of Paradise. Then we add juniper, rose hips, cardamom, chamomile, lemon grass, hibiscus as well as citrus to round off the rough edges. This makes an excellent martini, especially with blue cheese-stuffed olives.
Copper cat If I Sits, I Fits Gin

We take our Batch No. 2 Gin and let is sit in an ex-rye barrel for several months before bottling. Fits is a very unique spirit. It marries the sweet, warm barrel notes that you would expect from a whisky with the floral, citrus notes of our gin.
Copper cat Cucumber Jasmin Gin
It’s taken over a year to perfect this one, but it’s now all dialed in. Our very first cucumber jasmine gin is now available in our tasting room.
