Cocktails with Copper Cat Gins

White Lady

This is one of our all-time favorites. Fresh, Tasty, and easy to shake at home by yourself.

The Recipe:

  • 1oz Copper Cat Gin/Copper Cat Batch No.2 Gin

  • 1oz lemon juice

  • 11/2 oz Copper Cat orange liqueur

Serve with lime or lemon garnish.

The Recipe:

  • 1oz Campari

  • 1oz sweet vermouth

Serve with orange garnish

Corpse Reviver

Like our other Halloween themed cocktail “the Hearse,” this cocktail will surprise you - it doesn’t have to be Halloween to enjoy them.

The Recipe:

  • 1oz Copper Cat Gin/Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • 1oz orange liqueur

  • 1oz Lillet Blanc

  • 1oz lemon juice

  • Absinthe, to rinse

Serve with bourbon-soaked cherry

Martinez

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat If I Fits I Sits Barrel Rested Gin

  • 1 ½ oz sweet vermouth

  • 1 tsp Luxardo maraschino

  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

  • Served with a brandied cherry

Bijou

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 GIn

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

  • 3/4 oz Green Chartreuse

  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

  • Served with a brandied cherry

La Rive Gauche

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • 1 oz Sol Stone Chardonnay

  • 1/2 oz St. Germaine

  • 1/4 oz dry vermouth

  • Served with a lemon peel

Cucumber Mint Lemonade

  • 1 oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • 2 bar spoons cucumber puree

  • 2 mint leaves, muddled

  • Built over ice and served with a sprig of fresh mint

Gimlet

  • 2 oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • Shaken and served with a sprig of rosemary

Marmalade Martini

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • ½ oz triple sec

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1 bar spoon grapefruit marmalade

  • Shaken, served with lemon peel

Qin Qin (Kiss Kiss)

  • 1 oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • 1 oz sous-vide lemon thyme simple syrup

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 2 oz grapefruit soda

  • Built over ice

  • Served with lemon

Cucumber Martini

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • ¾  oz simple syrup

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz Chartreuse

  • ½ oz cucumber puree

  • Shaken and served with a slice of cucumber

Sour Apple Martini

  • 1½ oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • 1 oz sour apple liqueur

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • Shaken and served with an apple slice

Morning Fog

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • ½ oz Crème de Violette

  • ½ oz Copper Cat Orange Liqueur

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • Dash of lavender bitter

  • Shaken

  • Served with a sprig of fresh rosemary

Melon Martini

  • 2 oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • 1 oz Honeydew Melon Rosemary Syrup

  • ½ oz Lime Juice

  • Shaken

  • Served with a sprig of fresh Rosemary
