This Month’s Special Cocktails

Like other couples, we like to compete with each other! So, every month we have two special cocktails - Jess’ pick vs. Bing’s Pick. Come to our tasting room and try them out!

Sunbeam- Bing’s Pick

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • 1 oz plum shochu

  • 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc

  • Shaken and served with a dried lemon

Rhubarb Pie- Jess’ Pick

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Gunpowder Gin

  • 3/4 oz sweet vermouth

  • 3/4 oz Brovo Amaro 01

  • Stirred on ice, served with an orange peel

Lazy Afternoon Manhattan

monthly whisky cocktail special

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Triticale Whisky

  • 1 oz Bravo Pink vermouth

  • 3 dashes barrel-aged bitters

  • Served over a ball of ice with a brandied cherry
