This Month’s Special Cocktails

Like other couples, we like to compete with each other! So, every month we have two special cocktails - Jess’ pick vs. Bing’s Pick. Come to our tasting room and try them out!

“Hong Bao” (Red Envelop)—Bing’s pick

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Double Barreled Brandy

  • ½ oz Brovo Uncharted

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • ¼ oz grenadine

  • Shaken and served with a brandied cherry

Naughty or Nice – Jess’ Pick

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Double Barreled Brandy

  • ½ oz elderflower liqueur

  • ½ oz Brovo Amaro 01

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • Shaken and served with a lemon peel

     

Smoked Old Fashioned– Monthly Whisky Cocktail

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Triticale Whisky

  • ½ oz Copper Cat Orange Liqueur

  • Whisky barrel aged bitters

  • Served smoked over a ball of ice
