Like other couples, we like to compete with each other! So, every month we have two special cocktails - Jess’ pick vs. Bing’s Pick. Come to our tasting room and try them out!

Fire Quencher—Bing’s pick

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Double Barreled Brandy

  • 1 ½ oz watermelon juice

  • ½  oz fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • ¼ oz Ancho Reyes

  • Shaken and served with a dried lemon

Sunset Martini- Jess’ Pick

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • ¾ oz Brovo American Aperitivo

  • ½ oz Luxardo Maraschino

  • Cherry bitters

  • Shaken and served with a brandied cherry

Chocolate Cherry Old Fashioned

  • ¾ oz Copper Cat Triticale Whisky

  • ¾ oz Copper Cat Double Barreled Brandy

  • ¼ oz Luxardo Maraschino

  • Aztec Mexican Chocolate and Toasted Almond bitters

  • Served over a ball of ice with a brandied cherry
