This Month’s Special Cocktails

Like other couples, we like to compete with each other! So, every month we have two special cocktails - Jess’ pick vs. Bing’s Pick. Come to our tasting room and try them out!

Soul Salve —Bing’s pick

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Double Barrel Brandy

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

  • 1/2 oz Benedictine

  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

  • Rinse of absinthe

  • Shaken and served with a cherry

Corpse Reviver – Jess’ Pick

  • 3/4 oz Copper Cat Cucumber Jasmine Gin

  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc

  • 3/4 oz Copper Cat Orange Liqueur

  • Rinse of absinthe

  • Shaken and served with a lemon peel

     

Wild Hunt Old Fashioned– Monthly Whisky Cocktail

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Triticale Whisky

  • 1/2 oz Brovo Uncharted

  • 2 dashes Wild Hunt bitters

  • Served over a ball of ice with an orange peel
