This Month’s Special Cocktails

Like other couples, we like to compete with each other! So, every month we have two special cocktails - Jess’ pick vs. Bing’s Pick. Come to our tasting room and try them out!

Summer Zeke—Bing’s pick

  • 1 oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Vodka

  • 1 oz strawberry mint simple syrup

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • Built over ice and served with a sprig of fresh mint

Tree Swing – Jess’ Pick

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • ¾ oz apple brandy

  • ¾ oz apricot liqueur

  • ¼ oz water

  • 3 drops saline

  • Shaken and served with a lemon peel

     

Carajillo Old Fashioned– Monthly Whisky Cocktail

  • 1 oz Copper Cat Rye

  • 1 oz Copper Cat Double Barreled Brandy

  • ¼ oz Liquor 43

  • ¼ oz Copper Cat Coffee Liqueur

  • Orange Bitters

  • Stirred and served over a ball of ice with an orange peel
