Like other couples, we like to compete with each other! So, every month we have two special cocktails - Jess’ pick vs. Bing’s Pick. Come to our tasting room and try them out!

Faraway Lands—Bing’s pick

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Vodka

  • 1/2 oz Sky River Solas Mead

  • Bar spoon Kummel

  • Shaken and served with a lemon peel

Cat Got Your Tongue – Jess’ Pick

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc

  • Bar spoon Licor 43

  • Bar spoon Crème de Violet

  • Ginger bitters

  • Shaken and served with a cherry

     

Chocolate Cherry Old Fashioned– Monthly Whisky Cocktail

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Triticale

  • 1/3 oz Luxardo Maraschino Originale

  • Aztec Mexican Chocolate Bitters

  • Stirred and served over a ball of ice with a cherry
