Like other couples, we like to compete with each other! So, every month we have two special cocktails - Jess’ pick vs. Bing’s Pick. Come to our tasting room and try them out!

Just Bubbles—Bing’s pick

  • ¾ oz Copper Cat Batch #2 Gin

  • ¾ oz Brovo American Appertivo

  • ¾ oz sweet vermouth

  • 1 oz prosecco

  • Stirred and served with an orange peel

Bananarama – Jess’ Pick

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Double Barreled Brandy

  • ½ oz Brovo Amaro 01

  • ½ oz banana liqueur

  • ½ oz crème de cacao

  • Shaken and served with a cherry

     

Nutty Smoked Old Fashioned– Monthly Whisky Cocktail

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Triticale Whisky

  • ¼ oz pistachio syrup

  • Toasted almon bitters

  • Stirred and served over a ball of ice with an orange peel
