This Month’s Special Cocktails

Like other couples, we like to compete with each other! So, every month we have two special cocktails - Jess’ pick vs. Bing’s Pick. Come to our tasting room and try them out!

Lavender Lemon Drop—Bing’s pick

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Vodka

  • 1 oz lavender simple syrup

  • 1 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice

  • Shaken and served with fresh lavender

Coconut Honey Gimlet – Jess’ Pick

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Cucumber Jasmine Gin

  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice

  • 2 oz coconut water

  • 1/2 oz honey syrup

  • Shaken and served with a lemon peel

     

Great-Granpa’s Old Fashioned– Monthly Whisky Cocktail

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Cigar Malt

  • 1/2 oz Licor 43

  • Turkish Tobacco Bitters

  • Stirred and served over a ball of ice with an orange peel
